# Content review checklist
Prepared September 29, 2026. Assign qualified reviewers under the evaluating organization’s process. A checked list alone is not approval.

- Record the exact library version ID, review date, scope, reviewer role, and organization-required decision outside Repertoire if formal sign-off is needed.
- Choose a small pilot subset. Inspect Library Review’s resolved output, not titles alone. Check all selectable alternatives as well as default output.
- Check medication choices, follow-up intervals, instructions, contraindication-sensitive wording, units, thresholds, and required fields with the appropriate clinical reviewers.
- Check statements that assert an action or encounter outcome: counseling given, precautions discussed, consent obtained, agreement expressed, treatment administered, examinations performed. Select them only when true. Determine whether they should be defaulted in your library.
- Inspect shared Building Blocks and every linked Template affected by changes. Check recognition aliases and ambiguous shorthand; verify the resolved result before insertion.
- Keep saved review notes, reminders, typed-field definitions, imports, and starting notes patient-independent.
- Review output corrections and omissions in synthetic cases, including alternate choices and empty required fields. Validate copy formatting in the intended EHR.
- Export a reviewed library and backup, test restoration in a separate profile, and retain an organization-approved version. Repeat review after content changes; old checkpoints apply only to their recorded version.
- Use Library Health as a work queue. It is not a clinical-quality score, and local review records are not authenticated institutional sign-off.
