# Two-minute synthetic demonstration
Prepared September 29, 2026. Use reusable generic wording only; no patient identities, chart text, or real encounter details.

1. Open Template Workspace. Browse a familiar Template from the pilot subset. Read its reminder and defaults before inserting it.
2. Insert it; change one maintained choice. Compare the displayed wording with the selected options. Point out that default selection does not mean an action was performed or a treatment is indicated.
3. Edit a generic sentence in the temporary writing area. Read the complete result before copying. Paste only into an approved synthetic test destination to inspect formatting.
4. Open Library Review. Show the exact resolved output and a linked Building Block. Explain that shared changes can affect several Templates; local review is a version checkpoint, not institutional approval.
5. Show the separate Workspace and Clinic Desk backups. Reload to demonstrate temporary writing is discarded. Restore a backup only in a separate browser profile with synthetic data.

Allow extra time outside the demonstration for backup restoration, mobile keyboard, EHR paste, and companion-window checks. Agree on a small scope and the review process before any operational pilot.
