Repertoire starts from a simple premise: reusable clinical text is valuable, but the finished note must remain flexible enough to reflect the patient and the clinician's judgment.

The current workspace has no accounts or application database. Notes, preferences, and custom templates are stored in the browser profile where they were created.

Why it exists

Make repeated documentation easier to manage.

Clinical notes often repeat familiar structures, counseling, and decision-making language. Repertoire is exploring a middle ground between retyping everything and accepting rigid, one-size-fits-all templates.

Its template library can provide a starting point, while local customization tools let each browser workspace develop its own reusable vocabulary. The goal is not to make clinical decisions. It is to reduce friction around writing and adapting the note.
