The approach

Repertoire starts from a simple premise: reusable clinical text is valuable, but a useful library needs more structure than a long list of disconnected dot phrases.
Keep control of the text
Once generated wording is manually edited, Repertoire leaves that user-owned text alone.
Keep the live space temporary
The writing area is session-only and resets on reload. Reusable templates, starting-note presets, and preferences can remain in the browser; the active text does not.
Why it exists
Make a complex template system easier to manage.
Clinical documentation often repeats familiar structures and language. Repertoire is exploring a middle ground between a flat, hard-to-search dot phrase list and a rigid, one-size-fits-all form.
Search, recognition, linked controls, inline choices, and local customization help a browser workspace develop a coherent library of reusable language. The goal is not to make clinical decisions. It is to reduce friction around finding, assembling, and maintaining templates.
Repertoire is not an EMR and must not be used with PHI or patient-specific information. Add those details only in your approved EMR. Built-in and imported Templates are starting points; they are not clinical advice, recommendations, or resources for clinical decision-making. Complete the required clinical, organizational, privacy, security, legal, and IT review and approval before use. Users are fully responsible for reviewing and deciding whether to use any output.
