Scope and no-PHI boundary

Repertoire is a browser-based clinical template-management workspace. It is not an electronic medical record and is not approved for protected health information (PHI) or patient-specific information.

Do not enter patient names, dates, identifiers, encounter details, or other PHI into Repertoire, its forms, support requests, screenshots, evaluation materials, or workspace backups. Complete patient-specific documentation only in your organization-approved medical record system.

Template content, approval, and responsibility

Built-in, imported, and user-created Templates and Building Blocks are reusable starting points. They are not clinical recommendations, medical advice, or clinical decision support, and Repertoire does not assess whether any output is appropriate for a patient or organization.

Before use, content must complete the formal clinical, organizational, privacy, security, legal, and IT review and approval required by the user's organization. Users are fully responsible for reviewing, editing, approving, and deciding whether to use any output, including after it is copied or exported to another system.

Information handled in the browser application

Active writing

Active writing and linked template controls remain in browser session state. Repertoire does not intentionally write active writing to browser local storage or an application database. Reloading the page discards it and restores the selected reusable starting document.

Reusable local information

The current browser profile may store reusable starting documents, named presets, custom Templates, built-in customizations, Building Blocks, recent-item history, personal Template reminders, timestamped notepad entries, Library Review decisions and note context, preferences, and acceptance of the user agreement. This information remains until it is removed through Repertoire, browser controls, endpoint management, or site-data cleanup. All reusable local information, including review notes, reminders, and unfinished ideas, must remain free of PHI.

Copy, export, and import

Copy places content on the system clipboard. Export downloads a versioned workspace backup to a user-controlled location; the export excludes active writing. Import validates the file before replacing reusable local settings. Clipboard data, downloaded files, destination applications, browsers, extensions, and managed endpoints follow their own policies and controls.

Website hosting, analytics, and performance

Vercel hosts Repertoire and may process technical request, security, service, and log information needed to deliver the site. Production deployments also use Vercel Web Analytics for aggregate page-use measurement and Speed Insights for performance measurement. Repertoire does not configure custom analytics events and does not intentionally include active writing or reusable template content in URLs or telemetry.

Vercel describes Web Analytics as anonymized and cookie-free and describes Speed Insights measurements as anonymous and not tied to an individual visitor or IP address. Provider practices and retention are governed by the configured Vercel service and its current terms. See the Vercel Web Analytics privacy documentation and Speed Insights privacy documentation.

Contact forms and newsletter

Contact and feedback links open a Google-hosted form in a new tab. If you submit that form, the Repertoire project and Google may receive the information you provide together with related technical data. Newsletter links open an EmailOctopus-hosted page; EmailOctopus may receive the email address you provide together with related delivery, subscription, and technical data. Repertoire does not embed form scripts from either provider on this site. Do not submit PHI or patient-specific information.

Feedback and newsletter information is kept while needed to respond, provide requested updates, maintain subscription and suppression records, meet legal obligations, or until deletion is requested, subject to Google and EmailOctopus account controls and provider retention. Every marketing email provides an unsubscribe control. See the EmailOctopus privacy policy and the Google privacy policy.

Optional embedded video

A guide may contain a video from YouTube's privacy-enhancedyoutube-nocookie.com domain. Loading or interacting with that embed can send technical information to Google/YouTube under its terms and privacy notice. Repertoire does not use video content for patient information.

How information is used and shared

Information described here is used to deliver, secure, maintain, troubleshoot, and improve Repertoire; preserve reusable browser settings; respond to questions; and provide updates people request. Repertoire does not use active writing or reusable templates for advertising, profiling, clinical decision-making, or training AI models.

Information may be handled by the providers named above, by an organization operating an approved evaluation, or when disclosure is legally required or needed to protect users and service integrity. Repertoire does not sell personal information.

Your choices and requests

You can clear Repertoire site data through browser controls, manage downloaded files and clipboard content through your endpoint, and unsubscribe from project emails using the link in each message. To ask a privacy question or request access, correction, or deletion of contact information, use the feedback form. Do not include patient information in the request.

Security, children, and changes

Repertoire uses administrative and technical safeguards intended to protect the limited information it handles, but no system is completely secure. Session-only writing and a no-database architecture do not make Repertoire suitable for PHI or replace endpoint, browser, network, access, training, vendor, and incident controls.

Repertoire is intended for professional evaluation and is not directed to children. This notice may change as the product, providers, or legal requirements change. The effective date above identifies the current version.
