A Repertoire Line is a short line of clinical shorthand that selects matching templates and reusable wording from your library. Review the matches, choose what applies, and edit the result.

Repertoire assembles wording from your maintained library. It does not listen to visits or use a language model to write the note. Start with the built-in content, adapt it to your workflow, and export your collection for backup.

Repertoire is not an EMR. You may select applicable reusable options during an encounter, but never enter PHI, chart text, or identifying patient details. Complete the record in your approved EMR and obtain organizational IT, privacy, and security approval before clinical use.
