Varicocele

A varicocele is a group of enlarged veins above the testicle, similar to varicose veins; most cause no problems and need only regular checks of testicular growth. Return precautions given including sudden or severe testicle pain, swelling, a hard lump in the testicle, nausea or vomiting with testicle pain, new symptoms, prolonged symptoms, worsening symptoms, and other concerns. Caregiver expressed understanding and agreement with plan. Answered all questions.
