The Home Call Template is a reusable starting point for phone-call documentation. It lives in the normal Template library so it can be found, customized, reviewed, and inserted through the same workflow as every other Template.
These Templates support documentation only. They do not calculate urgency, recommend advice or disposition, or replace clinical judgment and organizational protocols. Do not enter PHI or patient-specific information in Repertoire.
Start with Home Call
Choose Menu → Browse Templates, search for Home Call, and insert it. You can also find it from the workspace search or trigger it with a configured alias.
Home Call includes reusable choices for caller, advice, supportive-care options, and disposition, followed by closing wording. Review the preselected choices before copying, and customize the Template in Studio when a different local default would be more useful.
Complete encounter-specific history, assessment, patient details, and instructions only in the approved clinical record after copying the reusable scaffold.
Review before use
Review Home Call’s wording, choices, defaults, and output under your organization’s normal clinical, privacy, security, and IT process before use.
