Use a library package when you want to share reusable content without replacing another person’s complete workspace.
Library packages must contain only patient-independent content. They never include the active note, notepad entries, review notes, usage insights, unresolved wording, or browser preferences.
Create a focused package
Open Approval & Backup and choose Share selected items. Select any combination of Templates, Building Blocks, and starting notes. When a selected Template depends on a Building Block, Repertoire includes that dependency automatically and shows it before download.
You can also use the share action beside an individual Template. This is the quickest route when a colleague needs only one reusable workflow.
Review an incoming package
Choose Import or merge library, then select a repertoire-library package or a full workspace backup to use as a source. Repertoire classifies each item before import.
New items are ready to add. Conflicts default to Keep local. For each conflict, compare Local, Incoming, and Result, then choose whether to keep the local version, use the incoming version, import a separate copy, or merge selected Template fields, sections, and choices.
Applying the selection changes only the reviewed items. Unrelated Templates, Building Blocks, starting notes, settings, and active writing stay in place. Imported items then open in Library Review because a successful import is not the same as clinical or organizational approval.
Choose the right export
- Use Share selected items for portable reusable content.
- Use Export workspace for a complete backup and recovery checkpoint.
- Use Printable library index for a readable inventory, not for importing.
Continue with session-only writing and workspace backups or privately convert an existing library.
