Repertoire can help convert a patient-independent source library into its structured library-package format. The handoff is fully local and user controlled: Repertoire does not call a model, transmit the source, request an API key, or charge for model use.

Remove all PHI and patient-specific information before beginning. Use only a model that you or your organization approves, and formally review every returned Template and Building Block before use.

1. Create the conversion bundle

Open Library Health → Approval & Backup and choose Import existing templates. Paste patient-independent source wording and confirm the no-PHI statement.

Choose whether to preserve source order, split combined entries, extract genuinely repeated Building Blocks, or include clearly identified starting notes. Repertoire builds a plain-text prompt bundle in the current tab. The pasted source is not written to browser storage and is discarded when the window closes or the page reloads.

Copy or download the bundle.

2. Use your approved model

Give the complete bundle to a model you choose. The bundle contains the current repertoire-library contract, conservative conversion rules, and your source wording. Ask the model to return the JSON object only.

If an approved model cannot work with the bundle in one pass, convert the source in smaller patient-independent batches. Do not weaken the validation rules or add unsupported clinical wording.

3. Validate and preview locally

Return to the migration window, choose I have the JSON, and paste or select the returned package. Validate locally checks the structure without sending it anywhere.

When validation succeeds, choose Preview library changes. Review Local, Incoming, and Result. New content is available to add, while conflicts default to Keep local. Applying selected changes leaves unrelated local content and active writing untouched.

Accepted items open in Library Review. Verify exact wording, choices, defaults, aliases, required fields, Building Block links, and generated output. Import is a technical handoff, not clinical or organizational approval.
