Repertoire brings two parts of a clinician's work into one browser workspace. Template Workspace helps you assemble and maintain reusable note wording. Clinic Desk helps you keep track of the work around the day: coding counts, activity, improvement projects, goals, and reflection. They share navigation and a live coding draft, but their saved data and backups are separate.
Repertoire is not an EMR. The current agreement permits only patient-independent content and identifier-free work information. Add patient-specific details in your organization's approved EMR. Read the data and IT guide before using the workspace.

A practical path through the product
1. Choose and review a starting library. Pediatrics offers the broad built-in catalog; Minimal offers a small place to learn. The bundled content carries the author's review record, while your Library Review starts unreviewed. Open Menu → Library Health and Menu → Library Review to inspect the exact wording, defaults, and shared Building Blocks before approving items for your own use.
2. Build reusable note text. In Template Workspace, type a recognized Template name on its own line or choose Menu → Browse Templates. Set its options before editing the generated block. Add Building Blocks for common wording. The note is an editable working surface and is not saved across reloads; reusable library changes are kept in this browser. 3. Move faster with maintained shorthand. A Repertoire Line lets you express several known items in one line and inspect what resolved. You can keep the source, replace a temporary preview, or finalize the result. The line uses your maintained library; it does not turn arbitrary text into clinical advice.
4. Use Clinic Desk for the work around the note. Open Menu → Clinic Desk. The Coding card offers quick bundle entry and a guided calculation linked to the note. Activity, Improve, Goals, and the optional reflection tools help you see the day beyond one note. Use Menu → Template Workspace to return; the current editor stays mounted while you switch. 5. Review and back up both areas. The Workspace export contains your reusable library, review decisions, and preferences. The separate Clinic Desk export contains its retained daily records and settings. The current note and guided coding draft are transient and excluded from both.
