Evaluation and IT review

A practical starting point for reviewing Repertoire.

Explore a small, reviewed template library, understand the information boundary, and decide whether a limited pilot fits your workflow.

Intended use

Reusable wording, reviewed by the clinician.

The current comprehensive starter library focuses on outpatient pediatrics. You can customize it or bring your own reusable content. Repertoire does not connect to or write into an EHR automatically.

  1. Start with a reviewed, patient-independent library.
  2. Select applicable reusable options in the temporary writing space.
  3. Read and edit the output before copying.
  4. Complete record-specific documentation in your approved EHR.

Do not enter PHI, identifying details, or chart text. Saved Templates, Building Blocks, reminders, review notes, and backups must remain patient-independent.

What persists, and what leaves the browser?

Temporary writing

The active note and guided coding inputs stay in session memory. Reloading discards active writing. Workspace and Clinic Desk backups exclude it.

Local reusable and work data

Your library and settings persist in this browser profile. Clinic Desk separately retains identifier-free work measures. Each area has its own backup; clearing site data can remove both.

External destinations

Copy uses the system clipboard; exports create downloaded files. Vercel hosts the site. Optional public-site measurement is off by default. Feedback and newsletter links open external providers.

Review the browser, endpoint, clipboard, downloads, and actual deployment under your organization’s policies. A session-only note and a no-PHI rule do not replace that review.

Download data-flow summary

Review the exact wording and defaults.

Library Review shows exact output; Library Health highlights outstanding work. Approval & Backup records a checkpoint for an exact library version.

The public Pediatrics starter is version 7, with 272 Templates and 40 Building Blocks. Its source records an author review attestation dated 2026-09-26. Your customized library has its own exact version ID.

Starter content carries an author review attestation. Each user’s local review starts unreviewed. Review medication and follow-up defaults, recognition aliases, linked wording, and statements about counseling, agreement, or actions performed. Select those statements only when they accurately describe the work completed.

Local review records are not authenticated sign-off, a clinical-quality score, or institutional approval. Use your organization’s required review process before operational use.

Start with a focused evaluation.

Demonstrate with synthetic material

Find a Template, change a choice, edit the result, and inspect the wording before copying. Check shared Building Blocks and the backup/restore workflow.

Agree on a limited scope

Choose a small reviewed subset of Templates and supported browser configurations. Evaluate Clinic Desk coding and improvement tools separately if they are in scope.

Collect useful feedback

Assess usability, time to assemble wording, corrections, omissions, and fit with your EHR. Software tests support functional reliability; they do not establish clinical effectiveness.

Maintenance, support, and recovery

Repertoire is independently maintained and offered for an early pilot with colleagues. Feedback is reviewed as maintenance time allows; there is no guaranteed response time or institutional support agreement. Send workflow or product questions through the feedback form without patient information.

Keep current Workspace and Clinic Desk backups and test restoration in a separate browser profile. If Repertoire is unavailable or output looks wrong, return to your approved EHR workflow and report the issue. Do not rely on it for urgent clinical communication.

See product updates for dated changes and the current release status. Actual mobile-keyboard behavior, EHR paste formatting, and companion-window support should be checked in your intended environment. Internet access is required.
